Payment OptionsWashler Inc has several payment options available
ACH or Automatic Clearing House payments:
With ACH you no longer have to write a check. Just fill out the ACH Authorization form and send it to us with a canceled check and we will automaticlly withdraw the payment from your checking account each month on the 12th. Just click the link below to get the form.
Credit Card Payments:
We can accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express payments. There is a $3 convenience fee charged for all credit/debit card payments. To make a credit card payment please either call our office at 260-925-8427 for a $6 fee, or follow the Pay Your Bill with NMI Payment Gateway instructions below.
Checks By Phone & Checks By Email:
We can print your checks for you, all we need is your banks routing and checking account number, payment amount, check number, and your correct Washler customer number and we will do the rest! These over the phone have a $6 fee, or any checks made online down below will have a no fee added on.
Pay With Check Options:
- Checks and Cash Payments at our office
- Calling our office with Check By Phone with a $6 fee
- After Hours Payments can by dropped in our curbside (black) Secure Mailbox
- By completing the form below for a $3 fee
There is a $20 fee for any returned checks. Any payments made after the due date are subject to a $10 late penalty.
NOTICE: These payments will NOT be processed immediately.
Please allow 24 Business Hours for Payments to be posted to your Washler Account.
Pay Your Bill With Credit / Debit Card:
You can now pay your bill online through Secure NMI Payment Gateway. Click on the "Click Here to Pay with Card" button below, update the form (all red text fields are required fields), and submit your payment. Please type your Washler Account Number in the PO Number Field.
A $3 Convenience Fee will be added to your account
for all Debit / Credit Card Payments
